Refund and Final-Sale Policy
Please review this policy before placing an order.
Final-sale items
All food, frozen, perishable, opened grocery, beauty, and personal care items are final sale. These products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, preference, taste, sizing, or packaging variation.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Email contactus@shopafricausa.com and include:
- Order number
- Full name and checkout email
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and damage when applicable
Claims submitted after the 24-hour reporting window may not be eligible for review.
Approved resolutions
Approved resolutions are store credit or replacement at Shop Africa USA's discretion. Availability, product type, vendor review, and the circumstances of the claim may affect the resolution.
Other merchandise
Eligibility for non-final-sale merchandise is reviewed case by case. Items must not be returned without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order enters fulfillment or ships.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless Shop Africa USA confirms a fulfillment error. Return shipping instructions, when applicable, will be provided with written authorization.
