Shipping Policy

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.

Carriers: We may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another reliable carrier depending on the order and destination.

Free Shipping: Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders above $250, unless otherwise stated at checkout or during a promotion.

Tracking: When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships.

Orders Already Shipped: Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded while in transit. Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, weather, routing, or other issues outside our control.

Perishable and Frozen Items: Frozen, perishable, and food items are packed with care, but shipping timing is controlled by the carrier once the package leaves our facility. Claims for damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Shop Africa USA is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
