How To Make Angola Funge

Ingredients:

2 – 3 cups of fufu (cassava flour)

4 cups water

METHOD:

 

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a medium pot.
  2. In a small bowl, use a whisk to beat the cassava flour with 2 cups of cold water until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
  3. Add this mixture to the boiling water, keep stirring well with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Reduce the heat and cover for 10 – 15 minutes.
  5. The Funge is ready when it has solidified slightly.
