1. Jollof Rice:

Ingredients: bread loaf, curry, meat or vegetables.
Instructions: Hollow out bread loaf. Fill with curry (meat or veggies). Serve hot.
6. Boerewors:
Ingredients: minced beef, pork, spices, casing.
Instructions: Mix minced meat with spices. Encase in casing. Braai (barbecue) until cooked.
7. Ndole:
Ingredients: bitterleaf or spinach, peanuts, shrimps, meats, spices.
Instructions: Cook bitterleaf or spinach, saute onions, garlic, and ginger. Add meats, spices, and crushed peanuts. Simmer until cooked.
8. Chakalaka:
Ingredients: beans, tomatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, spices.
Instructions: Cook beans until tender. Saute onions, tomatoes, carrots, and peppers. Add spices and simmer. Mix with beans.
9. Injera:
Ingredients: teff flour, water, salt.
Instructions: Mix teff flour, water, and salt. Ferment batter overnight. Pour batter and cook like pancakes.
10. Moambe Chicken:
Ingredients: chicken, palm butter, peanut butter, onions, spices.
Instructions: Brown chicken, saute onions. Add spices, palm butter, and peanut butter. Simmer until cooked.
11. Fufu:
Ingredients: cassava/yam plantain, water.

Instructions: Cook meat until tender. Add peanut butter, vegetables, and spices. Simmer until cooked. Serve with rice.
13. Bunny Chow:

14. Akara:
Ingredients: black-eyed beans, onions, peppers, spices.
Instructions: Soak and peel beans. Blend with onions, peppers, and spices. Form into balls and deep fry until golden.
15. Samosa:
Ingredients: pastry sheets, ground meat/vegetables, onions, spices.
Instructions: Saute onions, meat/vegetables, and spices. Fill pastry sheets with the mixture. Fold and deep fry until crispy.
16. Tsebhi Birsen:
Ingredients: beef, onions, garlic, ginger, berbere spice mix, injera bread.
Instructions: Saute onions, garlic, and ginger. Add beef and cook until tender. Add berbere spice mix. Serve with injera bread.
17. Moin Moin:
Ingredients: black-eyed beans, onions, peppers, spices.
Instructions: Soak and peel beans. Blend with onions, peppers, and spices. Pour into containers and steam until cooked.
18. Kachumbari:
Ingredients: tomatoes, onions, peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, spices.
Instructions: Chop tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cilantro. Mix with lemon juice and spices.
19. Alloco:
Ingredients: plantains, vegetable oil, onions, spices.
Instructions: Slice plantains and fry until golden. Saute onions, add spices. Mix with fried plantains.
20. Berebere Chicken:
