Diaspora “Garden Egg” Stew Recipe

Alternative Garden Egg Sauce Ingredients

• 2 dutch cucumbers
• 1 Mackerel
• 1 Onion
• 1 sweet pepper (fresh paprika / tatashe)
• Habanero pepper
• Palm oil (see video below for quantity)
• Ogiri Okpei (dried locust beans)
• 2 Seasoning cubes
• Salt (to taste)
